Winter Park Tech employs many technology and health care instructors. Here are the biographies for some of our highly qualified teachers!

Computer Instructors

Bennett, Ann
Ann Fishback Bennett has been teaching business and computer applications at Winter Park Tech since 1985.  She has a Master’s in Education and is certified by the State of Florida and Orange County Public Schools.  She specializes in Adobe software, writing her own lessons. She also teaches MS Excel 2007 and has authored a training manual for OCPS for that class. Ann is also a co-partner in Memories & Treasures, Inc. which restores old photographs.  She lives in Belle Isle, FL with her attorney husband and grandson.

DeNunzio, Kristine
Kristine DeNunzio has been teaching computer applications for over 17 years. She specializes in Apple (Macintosh) system software and applications. Her full time business as a self-employed computer consultant began 25 years ago with digital publishing, and now concentrates on Macintosh training, setup and troubleshooting.

Earley, Erica
Erica Earley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary English Education from Florida State University and has been with OPCS for the last 9 years.  She started teaching English and Reading at the middle and high school levels and became proficient with the newest available technology in the classroom.  For the last three years, Erica has worked for Winter Park Tech and is certified in Microsoft Office Word.  She is married to a brilliant engineer and has two beautiful children.

Krawczyk, Hanne
Hanne Krawczyk has been teaching at Winter Park Tech for over 14 years. She specializes in PC computer applications, Windows, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop Elements, and QuickBooks. Hanne also taught Apple computer and still keeps up with all the graphic and publishing applications. 

Olmos, Veronica
Veronica received her B.S. in Technical Education and Industry Training from the University of Central Florida.  She has over 25 years experience in all aspects of the accounting field as well as extensive knowledge of various accounting software, including Quickbooks and Peachtree.  Currently she is a self employed bookkeeper with several long term clients.  This gives her the advantage to work from home and allows her to pursue her career goal of training and teaching, passing on her experiences to her students.

Matthew, Anne
Anne M. Matthew possesses a Doctor of Education Degree along with Masters in Multimedia Technologies and Business Education. Offering nearly 18 years of diverse experience, she has worked with various community and technical colleges as well as within business and industry across Pennsylvania and Florida. Anne has taught courses, both online and instructor-led, in the areas of Computer Applications, Office Technologies, Visual Arts, Communication, Education, and Business.

Pittsley, Crystal
Crystal Pittsley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Science and a Master’s degree in Business with a minor in marketing. She is currently working on a Master’s degree in software engineering. She specializes in Web Design, Print Media and Adobe software applications. She is Adobe certified in Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash. She is employed by Winter Park Tech as their Web Design Instructor. Motto: “Design should be fun.” She lives in Winter Haven, FL.

Pollock, David
David Pollock has a Bachelors degree in Education and has taught in Orange County more than ten years specializing in Math and Tech. He managed the Digital Media and Gaming Magnet program and currently is an instructor at the Avalon Campus Winter Park Tech teaching Web Design and Development. Hobbies include auto and motorcycle restoration ,anything computer related ,Social Media and anything related to the wonderful World Wide Web.

Schank, Jonathan
Jonathan Schank holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media from University of Central Florida. He is Adobe certified in Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Jonathan has worked and instructed with Windows, Mac, and Linux computers in multiple design programs. He is currently working with Winter Park Tech as Instructional Support maintaining Web sites and on line classes.

Schonborn, Annette
Annette Schonborn has two M.S. degrees in both Secondary Education/Math and Educational Computing.  She was a Technology Coordinator with Orange County Schools for 8 years.  In addition, she has been teaching Computer Applications – Microsoft Office - at Valencia College for over 15 years, in the Office Systems Technology Department.   She is MOUS Certified in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.   Currently she is teaching Computer Applications to Middle School students at Orange County Public Schools.

Heathcare Instructors

Atherton, Diane
Diane has been an RN for over 20 years.  She has been an instructor at Winter Park Tech since 2008.  She began teaching Medical Coding and Billing, and now teaches CPET, Medication classes, CNA Review, Alzheimer's, Medical Terminology and HIV / AIDS update. She is also certified as a BLS instructor.  Diane has an extensive nursing background including Med/Surg, Orthopedics, Cardiology as well as Workers Compensation and currently Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care and Case Management.

Clark, Camille
Camille  Clarke  has been a registered nurse  for over 14 years. She received her BSN  in New York. She has many  years experience in cardiac, medical-surgical, Infectious  disease, case management and out patient surgery nursing as well as IV therapy and PICC certifications. She has also served in leadership, team building and managerial roles.  When not working, Camille is the organizer for a singles social group.

Marshall-Parker, Penney
Penney Marshall-Parker has been part of Orange County Public School’s Career and Technical Education for the past nine years with a love for teaching healthy living. Currently, she is the Instructor of the Massage Therapy program at Winter Park Tech’s Avalon campus. Penney also teaches CPR, First Aid, and HIV/AIDS.  She is a Certified Leader of Tai Chi for Busy People and holds degrees in Natural Health and Holistic Theology.  She is currently the Training Center Coordinator for American Heart Association’s Winter Park Tech site.  Of all the school’s she has taught, she says she has found her “home” at Winter Park Tech.
